I have a brand new OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD.  Packing is still sealed and unopened.  3-year warranty by Microworks (starting from 6 January 2010).  Microworks's warranty sticker on the packing box certified it to be a January 2010 stock. Part Number: OCZSSD2-1VTX60G
